Description
With their pretty silhouettes and charming scalloped edges, the Colbert Dishes bring vintage beauty wherever they go. Inspired by 19th century pottery designs, these delicate dishes come to us from renowned ceramicist Astier de Villatte’s Paris workshop, housed in what was once the atelier of Napoleon’s own silversmith. There, each one was handmade from black terracotta clay following old-school techniques passed down for generations and finished with the brand’s signature milky white glaze. The perfect addition to any tabletop collection, we especially love our Colbert Dishes mixed in with other pieces from our Astier de Villatte ceramics collection for a delightful eclectic tablescape.
