Join us and our friend Gia Bahm of Unearthen in the Plain English Kitchen for a Saturday morning wax carving workshop. Nickey Kehoe fans will know Gia from her beautiful brass measuring spoons, hardware and decor — we're excited to have Gia in store to illuminate this incredible process.
In this workshop you will work with Gia to create your own wax object to have cast in your choice of brass, silver or gold*. Your finished piece will be available for pickup at Nickey Kehoe within 2 weeks of the workshop.
*Course fee includes instruction and all materials. Please note fee does not include the cost of metal casting. Price varies depending on your choice of metal (brass, silver, gold) as well as the weight of your objet. Gia will be on hand to help assess weight and provide approximate cost during the workshop.
