Description
Bring vintage charm to your tabletop with the Agaric Dishes. Inspired by 19th century pottery designs, these pretty pieces come to us from renowned ceramicist Astier de Villatte’s historic Paris workshop, housed in what was once the atelier of Napoleon’s own silversmith. There, they were handcrafted from black terracotta clay following old-school methods passed down for generations. Along with the brand’s signature milky white glaze, these one-of-a-kind pieces are finished with antique botanical illustrations of spotted agaric mushrooms, taken from celebrated designer John Derian’s expansive collection of images and calligraphy. A wonderfully unique addition to any serveware collection, they would also make clever gifts for the amateur mycologist in your life.
