Sourced from our friend John Derian’s expansive collection of antique drawings and calligraphy, this image originally comes from The Instructive Picture Book — a mid-19th century Scottish book filled with curious illustrations of everything from flora and fauna to architecture, furnishings and everyday household items. Now, this found page has been reproduced under handblown glass by trained artisans in the celebrated designer’s NYC studio, resulting in a decoupaged dish with a nod to classic design. A clever gift for decorators and bibliophiles alike, our Bookcase Wall Tray also makes a great catchall dish in a home office or library.
