Our Found Rice Wine Jars wear their history well. Handcrafted from ceramic, these vintage vessels are sourced from China’s rice paddy farms, where they were originally used to store and ferment traditional rice wine. True antique treasures, each one is completely one-of-a-kind, with a unique brown glaze and bands of hatched texture across its top half, as well as imperfections and signs of wear from its years of use. While they may have been retired from their more practical purposes, our Rice Wine Jars still make a beautiful addition to any space today, whether on their own or filled with an earthy arrangement of branches or dried grasses.
