Stone Cottage depicts Sheildaig Cottage on Phillips Mill Road in Solebury, Pennsylvania. A winding red path leads through rolling fields toward the rose-colored stone house, framed by rounded trees and low garden walls. Greca’s warm palette and broad, sculptural forms transform the familiar Bucks County landscape into a vivid, dreamlike composition.

ABOUT THE ARTIST: Virgil Greca is a contemporary painter and sculptor who lives and works in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. His distinctive use of color and instinct for structure reflect his many years as an interior designer and the owner of his own furniture showroom.
