Description
Artfully crafted carbon steel wok by Smithey Ironware. Inspired by the rich legacy of artisan wok design, the combined beauty and function of this hand forged wok makes it is as much work of art as it is a cooking tool. Features hand hammered handles and pre-seasoned finish.
Flat bottom ensures stability and surface contact across a range of heat sources while the depth makes it ideal for everything from classic stir fries to sautéing, steaming, boiling, even light frying.
Each piece is machine cast and hand finished in South Carolina. These buffed and polished cast iron skillets feature a satin-like surface that becomes naturally non-stick with use.

Care: Lightly wash with warm water to clean. For stubborn remnants, soft scrape with a metal spatula or a touch of dish soap on a nylon scouring pad. Avoid heavy-pressure scrubbing. Dry and oil after use. Do not soak or place in dishwasher.
